- Lawrence Conway’s bail has been reduced from $1 million to $150,000
- Brian Lott’s bail has been reduced from $500,000 to $75,000
- Wayman Williams’ bail has been reduced from $500,000 to $75,000

According to Attorney Carter, our client’s original bail is “ridiculous,” particularly because Williams is not one of the defendants facing drug trafficking charges. In fact, per the indictment, Williams merely owns the car that was used to store the drugs and, at one point, was instructed to dispose of them.
When commenting on the disapproving prosecutors, Attorney Carter stated, “They get their feelings hurt because their familiar tactic of guilt by association didn’t work this time. Law enforcement believes (Williams) should have a half-million-dollar bail, that he should never be able to see the light of day before his trial. At the end of the day, they’re out of touch with their community.”
